Located along the middle course of the Sile River, Brick House is the only receptive structure within the island of Villapendola, and it was born from the idea of offering guests the opportunity to stay overnight near the river and stay in a rustic house harmoniously inserted in the picturesque landscape of the Sile Natural Park.

The result of a skillful restoration, Brick House is on two levels: ground floor with the living area (entrance, living room, kitchenette, bathroom), and second floor with the sleeping area (three bedrooms with independent services).

The house is equipped with the best technologies in renewable energy and energy saving, respecting the natural surroundings.

Every detail has been taken care of maintaining the original structure of the rustic, and enhancing the main materials: the exposed brick as the primary element present in various corners of the house; the wrought iron of the stairs; the wood present in the furniture of the rooms, bathrooms, and in the 'essence of the exposed beams. All harmonized by glass elements to give a touch of modernity and pay homage to the nearby Venice.

The external environment is characterized by a large garden, at the borders of which are rows of vineyards that give rise to qualities of wine appreciated all over the world (prosecco, cabernet, merlot, raboso).
